Amy's Famous Rib Rub
Instructions: Pierce rib meat or chicken, and rub an even amount onto meat. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Then grill , broil, or braise your meat. You may top with your favorite sauce , or eat them dry, or ?Memphis? style. Excellent for any pork or chicken.
